Heli Kick Start

Give yourself a boost with Kick Start. Made to help support your fitness goals, this essential oil blend includes extracts like ginger, peppermint, and cinnamon. Dilute four drops of Kick Start in 4 ounces of your favourite drink for a boost or add to your favourite diffuser for soothing aromatherapy.

● Dilute four drops in 4 oz glass of water to stay at the top of your game 
● Kick Start can be used up to two times a day. We recommend starting with once daily, and depending on your body, increasing to two times daily
